To provide an annual scholarship award to a Midland County High School graduating senior or current college/trade school student who is and/or has been a Big Brothers Big Sisters mentee with a minimum GPA or 2.0. Previous recipients may reapply but preference will be given to applicants who have not received the scholarship.
