The purpose of this fund is to provide for the design, development and construction of the completion of the Pere Marquette Rail Trail gap in Clare County. Any remaining dollars in the fund after the project is complete will transition into an endowed maintenance and improvement fund for the Pere Marquette Rail Trail in Clare County.
