To provide an annual scholarship award to a graduating high school senior or college freshman, sophomore or junior, whose parent is employed by the Dow Chemical Company, by another tenant of the Michigan Operations manufacturing site or by a contractor with the Michigan Operations manufacturing site, with preference given to applicants who have been involved in the community.
