Provide grants to support the following mission, purpose and objective: The purpose of MATRIX:MIDLAND FESTIVAL shall be to encourage creativity of the highest level in the arts, sciences, humanities and all aspects of their interrelationships, principally by sponsoring a festival featuring performances, lectures, exhibits, commission works, educational offerings and other related events of the highest quality.
